Atikokan Education Hub

The Atikokan JK-12 School, Childcare, and EarlyON Centre is a transformation of educational delivery for all ages of children and students. The project design incorporated a phased demolition, extensive renovation, and addition to transform the existing Atikokan High School.

Approximately 50% of the existing school was demolished, with the balance of the school currently undergoing extensive renovations. Large additions link the existing school to new classrooms, Childcare, EarlyON centre, all adjacent to Grayson Hall that doubles as a community hall performing centre and gymnasium. In total 82,000 square feet accommodates the new community hub.
